So, thanks to @sexenheimer on Twitter, I had to do this: a filk of Soft Cell's 'Tainted Love', all about Craig Thomson's supposed 'tainted vote'. Non-Australian or non-political types, feel free to ignore.

Tony Abbott runs away
and Chris Pyne
runs away
from the Chamber even after the doors are shut

the party I shared
seems to go nowhere
and I'm sunk in gloom
cos I've been tossed out of the Caucus room

Once I was alp
now nobody wants me
this tainted vote I have now
not even the LNP wants me now
I can't even cross the floor
