this is what depression feels like

I suspect many people could identify with this, or know someone who does. I know it brought me nearly to tears, reading it. There's something gut-punching about reading words that express perfectly what goes on in your own head.

It's an amazing, raw, brave story. I can't recommend it highly enough.
